Professional Profile

Introduction

Before consulting, I spent over a decade architecting and managing enterprise-scale systems in healthcare. My work spanned:

• SQL Server Suite mastery: SSIS, SSRS, SSMS, and SQL Agent for ETL, reporting, and automation.

• Clinical and claims systems: Altruista Guiding Care, HealthRules Payor, InterQual, McKesson, and Compliance360.

• Custom automation: Built reconciliation tools using MS Access + VBA with SQL Server backends.

• Data warehousing: Designed hybrid clinical data stores for analytics and operational reporting.

• Migration leadership: Led transitions from SQL Server 2k to 2005, and from Altruista to HealthRules Care Manager.

These experiences formed the backbone of Solutions Dojo—a place where I documented real-world solutions and technical insights.

Since 2019, I’ve been delivering strategic impact across multiple health insurance clients. My consulting work includes:

• Cross-client orchestration: Coordinating go-live readiness and claims conversion for NHPRI, PHC, and others.

• Workflow automation: Integrating tools like Salesforce, SQLite, and Copilot into daily operations.

• Strategic documentation: Capturing ticket resolutions and technical wins in polished, repeatable formats.

• Pitch deck development: Designing go-to-market strategies for HealthTech advisory services.

This shift has allowed me to scale my impact—moving from system-level fixes to organization-wide transformation.
